Tyson Fury has sparked speculation about a potential fight with Anthony Joshua by posting a gym video with his trainer, SugarHill Steward. Despite Fury's retirement announcement earlier this year following losses to Oleksandr Usyk, many, including promoter Eddie Hearn, suspect it was a strategic move to amplify interest in a comeback fight with Joshua. Joshua, who recently resumed training post-surgery, and Fury are both preparing simultaneously, fueling rumors of an upcoming showdown. Meanwhile, a rematch between Usyk and Daniel Dubois is set for July 19 at Wembley Stadium, which might coincide with the Fury-Joshua fight, although the latter is considered too significant to be a co-headliner. Promoter Frank Warren anticipates record-breaking attendance and viewership for these events, surpassing previous records set at Wembley Stadium.

Tyson Fury teases fight with Anthony Joshua:

Tyson Fury has posted a video on social media where he is seen training with his American trainer, SugarHill Steward, hinting at a return with the message, 'You know what's coming.'

Fury announced his retirement in January after his second loss to Oleksandr Usyk, but skepticism surrounds his retirement due to his history of multiple retirements, with some seeing it as a ploy to generate buzz around a potential fight with Anthony Joshua.

Anthony Joshua has been back in training after recovering from surgery, and both he and Fury being in the gym simultaneously has intensified rumors of a forthcoming bout between the two British rivals.

A highly anticipated rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois is scheduled for July 19 at Wembley Stadium, funded by Riyadh Season, expected to surpass previous attendance records.

There is speculation that the Fury-Joshua fight might be scheduled around the same time as the Usyk-Dubois rematch, yet the magnitude of Fury vs. Joshua might warrant it being a standalone event rather than a co-headliner.

Promoter Frank Warren has expressed confidence that the planned events will break previous records for attendance and viewership, such as the 94,000 fans at the Fury vs. Dillian Whyte fight in 2022.

Tim Rickson, a seasoned boxing industry expert and founder of British Boxing News, highlights the potential for a historic event should Fury and Joshua meet in the ring, given their rivalry and public anticipation.

Tyson Fury has shared a short clip on his socials, revealing he is back in the gym training with SugarHill Steward, whilst also teasing fans with these four simple words, "You know what's coming".

Fury began the 12-second clip by saying, "Just in the gym. Bumped into someone you might know."

The 36-year-old 'Gypsy King' than panned around to show his American trainer, SugarHill Steward, who smiled and said, "You know what time is it."

Fury then looked into the camera with this direct message, "You know what's coming."

Tyson Fury retired from boxing in January this year, following his second successive loss to Oleksandr Usyk in December. However, because the Morecombe man has retired several times before, not many viewed the latest announcement as genuine.

Even Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn questioned the legitimacy of his intentions, believing that it was just a ruse to make a comeback fight with Anthony Joshua even bigger and for more money demands.

AJ has been back in the gym training for the past few weeks after recovering from recent surgery. So, it appears that the two British rivals have got back into the gym at very similar times.

It was just announced that unified world heavyweight champion Usyk will rematch IBF titlist Daniel Dubois on July 19 at Wembley Stadium in London.

A fight date for July 19 would be achievable for both Brits, and the Usyk-Dubois showdown is being funded by Riyadh Season. Promoter Frank Warren has already confidently declared that the event will break attendance and viewership records, meaning it will surpass the 94,000 fans that attended the Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte fight at Wembley Stadium in 2022.

So, it's possible that Usyk-Dubois 2 and Fury-Joshua could be placed on the same card.

However, an event between Fury and Joshua has always been rumoured for September and is perhaps too big of a monster fight to be shared as a co-headliner.
