Jordon Hudson leaks email from Bill Belichick to his team, 'This is about what I expected'
Bill Belichick, the legendary NFL coach, faces media backlash alongside his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, following a controversial CBS interview. During the interview, Hudson controlled the narrative and dismissed inquiries about their relationship's origin. Hudson leaked an email from Belichick expressing his anticipation of the media's focus on his mistakes, specifically an excerpt from his upcoming book, 'The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football.' Belichick highlighted his acceptance of discussing errors in his book but noted the media's predictable emphasis on a specific phrase for clickbait purposes. Hudson announced that a full statement regarding the situation would be released later.
Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson are currently experiencing intensified media scrutiny after a CBS Sunday Morning interview where Hudson took control and avoided questions about their relationship's beginnings.
Hudson leaked an email from Belichick, where he expressed his expectation of the media to highlight his acknowledgment of mistakes in his upcoming book, focusing on a particular phrase.
Belichick's book, 'The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football,' includes a section where he admits to errors, which he expected the media to exploit for sensationalism.
The email revealed Belichick's awareness of the media's tactics, particularly their choice to omit the article's title while focusing on a contentious excerpt.
Hudson's social media post hinted at a forthcoming full statement to address and clarify the ongoing media situation and the leaked email's details.
Things are going from bad to worse when it comes to the media backlash that legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson are experiencing. However, according to an email that Belichick recently wrote to his team, this is nothing short of what he expected.
73-year-old Belichick and his relationship with 24-year-old Hudson have been the subject of much controversy since his recent CBS Sunday Morning interview with journalist Tony Dokoupil. Hudson was seemingly controlling much of the interview and shut down a question about how she and Belichick had met.
Now, Hudson has leaked an email that Belichick recently wrote to his representatives regarding the media backlash. Throughout the email, Belichick expressed concern over an article that is expected to be published about his new book, "The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football."
"This is about what I expected from the media," he began. "We went through how important it was for me to put ‘I f---ed up’ in the book, and of course, that is the feature of this article – which is mostly about admitting mistakes and talking about a Super Bowl mistake.”
"I am fine with putting mistakes in the book, but I am certainly not surprised that of 260+ pages, that is what they would highlight. And of course, the ‘I f---ed up’ is the click bait they used for the story. We’ll see what the title of the article is, which I noticed has been conveniently left out,” he continued.
It’s not yet clear what article or what publication Belichick is referring to. However, Hudson included a cryptic caption along with the post, writing, “Full statement to be released later today.”
