The Philadelphia Eagles are set to visit the White House to celebrate their Super Bowl victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, marking the team's first such visit following their win. However, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, alongside other players like A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith, will not be attending due to reported scheduling conflicts. When previously asked about attending, Hurts gave an ambiguous response, further fueling speculation about his absence. The event is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET on Monday, April 28, and various media outlets, including Fox29 Philadelphia, are expected to cover the ceremony. This visit comes years after the Eagles missed their first opportunity following their initial Super Bowl win in 2018.

Is Jalen Hurts at the White House? Latest updates on if Eagles QB is attending Super Bowl celebration with president Donald Trump

The Philadelphia Eagles are celebrating their Super Bowl victory against the Kansas City Chiefs with a visit to the White House, a tradition that accompanies such wins.

Despite the celebration, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, who played a key role in the team's success, will not attend the event, citing scheduling conflicts as the reason.

In a recent interview with TIME Magazine, Hurts was non-committal when asked about his plans to visit the White House, providing no clear answer and instead responding with a smile.

The Eagles' visit to the White House is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET on Monday, April 28, and will be covered by various news outlets, including a live stream on the official White House YouTube channel.

This visit is significant for the Eagles, as they did not participate in a White House ceremony following their first Super Bowl victory in 2018, making this their inaugural visit for such an occasion.

On Monday, the Eagles' Super Bowl celebrations are set to continue.

After dominating against the Chiefs in February with a 40-22 victory, Philadelphia won its second-ever Super Bowl. With that title comes the right for a team visit to the White House, where the sitting president will usually make remarks, the team will take pictures, etc.

This time around, there are questions about whether Philadelphia's starting quarterback and the Super Bowl 59 MVP, Jalen Hurts, will be in attendance. When asked about the White House trip recently, Hurts was hesitant to provide an answer.
