Damian Lillard showing big steps in rehab from achilles injury
Damian Lillard tore his achilles in an NBA playoff game against the Pacers a little over a month ago.
He underwent surgery within a few days after suffering the tear and is already in rehab to make a return.

What stage of rehab is Lillard at?
A video on social media Sunday showed the Bucks' star guard walking on an AlterG treadmill, which is a special treadmill that takes a certain percentage of weight off the feet.

This is great for players like Lillard who are coming off major injuries and need to rehab without full force.

Lillard suffered the tear against the Pacers during Game 4 of the first round on 27 April.
Lillard will be 35 when the next season starts, and without a set timetable this early in his recovery, we don't know when to expect him on the court playing again just yet.

Dame was an all-star in the 24-25 NBA season, averaging 24.9 PPG, 4.7 RPG and 7.1 APG.
Lillard has a player option next offseason for the 26-27 season.
