Seann William Scott will be returning for the second season of ABC’s sitcom Shifting Gears and a new report claims that he’ll be getting a major salary increase.

The 48-year-old actor is in the middle of a legal battle with ex-wife Olivia Korenberg after she claimed that he kicked her out of his Malibu home.

New legal documents reveal the amount of money Seann has been earning for his role as Gabriel on the ABC show.

In Touch Weekly reports that the legal documents note Seann earned $900,000 for the first season, which comes out to $90,000 per episode for the 10-episode season.
