'Road House 2' Update: Guy Ritchie to Direct & Reunite With Star Jake Gyllenhaal
Guy Ritchie has been announced as the director for the upcoming 'Road House 2', which will reunite him with actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who reprises his role as ex-UFC fighter Dalton. The two previously collaborated on 'The Covenant', released in 2023. The sequel, produced by Amazon MGM Studios, will have its script penned by Will Beal, known for his work on films like 'Bad Boys: Ride or Die' and 'Zack Snyder's Justice League'. Jake Gyllenhaal is also involved as a producer alongside Josh McLaughlin, Charles Roven, and Alex Gartner. Currently, Gyllenhaal is starring on Broadway in 'Othello' with Denzel Washington.
