Denise Richards‘ lawyer is firing back at Aaron Phypers‘ allegations amid their divorce.

In new legal documents obtained by PEOPLE on Monday (July 21), Denise‘s lawyer has accused her ex-husband Aaron of continuing to harass the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

In the newly filed documents, Denise‘s lawyer accuses Aaron of “disturbing [Denise]‘s peace.” The filing reads in part: “In addition to the repeated abuse perpetrated by Mr. Phypers against Ms. Richards throughout the parties’ marriage, Mr. Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order by, among other things, disseminating private information from Ms. Richards’ cell phone and laptop, which he stole.”

Following their divorce filing, Aaron accused Denise of cheating on him. In the filing, Denise‘s lawyer refused to respond to these claims.

“Ms. Richards will not be responding to Mr. Phypers’ false allegations in a public forum, and will be addressing Mr. Phypers’ abuse in Court,” the newly obtained filing reads.
